Breakfast: peppers and broccoli in a coconut curry sauce fried in coconut oil, 1 scrambled egg, coffee with 1.3 tbsp heavy cream. Handful of walnuts.
Lunch: 4 oz. bison steak pan fried in olive oil & butter, 1 medium yam.
I’m hoping that the yam will affect insulin & leptin levels positively. I still feel weirdly hydrated.
